11th Parallel is excited to offer 6-month leases running July – December and January – June for $745 per month per bedroom, plus electric. All 12 month leases run June – May.
The complex consists of 2-bedroom garden style apartments with a central courtyard gathering space. High speed internet and DirecTV are included in your rent. All apartments are fully furnished with flat screen smart TVs and cool modern living room furnishings. The large kitchens have full sized stainless-steel appliances and islands with stools. Each oversized bedroom has a queen-sized bed, desk, chair and plenty of closet space.

The community space – The Hub - located just next to the large laundry room, has a game room with pool table and arcade games, and a media room with large projection screen and recliner theater seats for gaming and movie nights.
